Refunds & Returns

Damages:

Please  inspect your order(s)  immediately upon receipt.  Report any visible damage to the carrier before signing for delivery.  Take photos  of the visible damage before opening or unpacking any delivery boxes.  Defective or damaged products must be reported to us within 5 days upon receipt. Send photos to returns@barstoolshoppe.com for review and  approval.  Please note that we will only honor returns reported within the 5-day notification window. Once we have the notification, we will work with you to get the products returned or replaced. The return must be initiated within 10 days upon receipt.  Product(s) must be returned in resalable condition and  in its original packaging together with the warranty cards, manuals and accessories to be eligible for credit. We will not accept nor credit the buyer for unauthorized product returns. 

Cancellations:

All orders canceled after the items are shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The buyer will also be responsible for  the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card  used in placing the order.

Refused Shipments:

Refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the total invoice.

Deny  Designs Brand:

Deny Designs are custom made so we have a "no return policy"  for customized product, unless the product is defective or has factory damage. 

Return:

If the buyer simply does not like the product(s) and wants to return it, there is a 20% restocking fee. The product(s ) must also be returned within 10 days upon receipt.  It should be in resalable condition and in its original packaging, with the warranty cards, manuals and accessories to be eligible for credit.
